Development Rate Monitor of the Dissolution of Photoresist

Our exhibit will have a table with our exhibitors sitting outside the clean room in the hallway. Outside the clean room we will have our MSD poster for people to read, we will have our MSD paper for people to take if they want to read in-depth about our project. We will have live demo's of our system during the day where in the clean room through the window we will have a clean room operating using our device in a 'practical' setting.
