Modern media such as 3D games and AR/VR often include human characters, or even representations of the user themselves. To create realistic 3D depictions, we can take many pictures of a subject and reconstruct a 3D model. Traditionally, this uses many, many camera angles and pictures, but we demonstrate a system that, in a single shot with only a few images, can quickly reconstruct a 3D avatar of YOU.
