The goal of the "Dust Cleaning for Lunar Astronomical Observations" project is to prevent dust buildup on a telescope that will be located on the surface of the Moon. The mission for the telescope is to land on the dark side of the moon and observe the Zodiacal Dust Cloud in our solar system. Preventing dust buildup is a key function of the telescope's subsystems, and includes complex design constraints and considerations.
