Fluids are Fun - Air Cannon

The Air Cannon is a classic ASME exhibit where participants get to launch dodge balls over 100ft. The quick release of compressed air through a large tube is able to propel objects through the air. Originally built for a yearly pumpkin chunkin completion where we use the cannon to launch pumpkins, this exhibit has been made more user friendly with soft dodgeballs as the projectiles.
