Human Dissection
Utilizing the "Anatomage" electronic human dissection table, visitors can dissect human bodies, electronically. Students from MEDS 490 Human Gross Anatomy will be facilitators for the exhibit, assisting visitors with the process of dissection. The Anatomage allows people to dissect real human cadavers with no risk of infection or formaldehyde fumes while being able to see real human structures digitized within the touch screen of the table. It's a fascinating, firsthand, opportunity for people to learn about human anatomy & physiology.
