Hybrid Powertrain Research Assembly
Develop a modular hybrid powertrain testing stand for the RIT Clean Snowmobile Team. The goal of this project is to make a new testing unit that allows flexibility in the mounting of hybrid electric systems and ease of maintenance of components. Ultimately, the project should allow the RIT Clean Snowmobile Team to tune internal combustion engines while furthering the development of the hybrid systems designed by the team.
