P26305 Additively Manufactured High-Capacity Quadcopter Rotor Blades

The goal of this project was to design rotor blades for a drone system with a payload capacity of 350 lbs. The blades are designed to be additively manufactured, using 3-D printed carbon fiber. We are showcasing our progress throughout senior design and the prototypes and testing we completed.
