Real Estate Club and Hart Homes LLC Business Plan
Welcome to the RIT Real Estate Club. We have posters and pictures of our meetings, where we have hosted guest speakers nearly every Monday meeting from a diverse cross section of Industry professionals and other stakeholders, like local politicians interested in housing. We also work with the RIT Saunders hospitality department and many of our club members are working on the real estate minor offered through that department. Our club president was also the moderator of a panel of experts at RITs "Careers in Real Estate Day." Additionally, Hart Homes LLC has grown and scaled deeper into the community. Hart Homes LLC is an ethical real estate investment company in Rochester NY and I have been able to leverage my experiences at RIT to level up operations, do some public relations work, and bought two new properties since beginning my MBA.
