Small Pages, Big Voices: Make Your Own Zine

Location

Wallace Library (WAL/005) - 1st Floor Wallace Library

Join us for a hands-on experience where creativity meets technology! Visitors can explore a variety of maker activities that blend art, storytelling, and STEM. From 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, participants will create paper circuits, using simple electrical components to light up their paper designs and learn the basics of circuits in a fun, creative way. In the afternoon from 2:00–4:00 PM, guests can design binary bracelets, turning computer code into wearable art while learning how binary represents letters and messages. Throughout the day, visitors will also be invited to create their own zines; small, DIY booklets for sharing stories, art, and ideas. This interactive exhibit encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration of how technology and art can come together through making.
