National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) Faculty Success Program

Faculty Career Development and the Provost’s Office are co-sponsoring a limited number of scholarships for the NCFDD Faculty Success Program, a 12‑week online intensive mentoring program. Often described as a “boot camp,” the Faculty Success Program is designed to enhance research productivity and support work–life balance. The 2026 program will run from May 18 through July 26, 2026. Call for applications opens January 19, 2026 and closes on February 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

The NCFDD Faculty Success Program is designed for tenure-track and tenured faculty (assistant, associate, or professor rank) seeking empirically tested strategies to boost research productivity, along with coaching and peer support to foster personal growth. Scholarships are available to cover 50% of the program fee. Applicants must secure support from their academic unit to fund the remaining 50%. As RIT is an institutional member of NCFDD, all RIT faculty, postdocs, and graduate students have free access to the NCFDD website and webinar services. To activate your membership, visit ncfdd.org/join.
