Better Me Group Exercise

  • Register so you receive notifications when classes are changed or canceled
  • Classes are free for RIT employees
  • RIT Employees' family members can take classes with an active rec membership
  • Classes are 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted
  • The last day of Spring classes is May 2.
  • Summer classes begin May 12 and end August 15.
