This course focuses on the design and implementation of electronic devices used in mechatronic systems. Students will learn to select and integrate a variety of devices and circuits including diodes, bipolar and field effect transistors, operational amplifiers, H-bridges, Wheatstone bridges, transformers, and LVDT devices. This course will also discuss the implementation and applications of analog to digital & digital to analog conversion. The implementation of power transformation (AC/DC & DC/DC & DC/AC) will be examined.
