Arthi Sairaman is an industry leader in smart manufacturing, robotics, and AI-driven industrial transformation, with over 15 years of executive experience spanning the U.S. and India. As Chief Operating Officer and Director at MTAB Engineers Pvt. Ltd., she led global operations, expanded distribution to 30+ countries, and transformed the company into a top-ranked provider of Industry 4.0 smart factory solutions. Her leadership supported the training of over 100,000 professionals and more than 1 million students in advanced manufacturing technologies.

Today, Arthi leads a consulting practice at MTAB USA Inc. As a certified Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) assessor, she partners with manufacturers, investors, and C-suite leaders to shape digital transformation and manufacturing AI strategies, guide technology investments, and develop future-ready talent. She also advises and mentors manufacturing tech and robotics startups.

Arthi holds an M.S. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from RIT, an MBA from the University of Washington, and a Master of Management Science from BITS Pilani. A frequent speaker on digital industrial transformation, she has presented at the Center for Advanced Manufacturing Puget Sound, the Stealth Summit, UW Foster School of Business, and Women in Manufacturing conferences.
