Altay, Myers published in ‘Scientific Reports’
Bilge Altay, assistant professor, and Bruce Myers, associate professor, Department of Packaging and Graphic Media Science, are co-authors of “Controlling unequal surface energy results caused by test liquids: the case of UV/03 treated PET” published in Scientific Reports, an online peer-reviewed journal managed by Springer Nature. The study presents how selecting different test liquids affect the estimation of surface energy, a principal material characteristic, and cause unequal surface energy results for the same substrate.
