Altay publishes in The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Bilge Nazli Altay, assistant professor in the College of Engineering Technology, co-authored “Reducing waste and increasing yield in roll-to-roll printing: a case study with global scalability,” published in the International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology. The study demonstrates how data-driven process control and targeted press optimization can significantly reduce substrate waste and improve production efficiency in roll-to-roll printing systems. The work contributes to scalable sustainability solutions for printing, packaging, and advanced manufacturing operations.
