RIT employees are required to take certain training each year pursuant to RIT's Policy on Mandatory Training. Each employees is responsible for completing the annual mandatory training, and supervisors are responsible for monitoring their employees' completion of mandatory training. The mandatory training is provided through RIT Talent Development's Talent Roadmap. The Assistant Vice President of Compliance & Ethics will assist in identifying educational and training needs and will work with members of the Compliance Committee and others to ensure that the educational and training needs of the Institute are met. Information on compliance issues will be placed, updated, and maintained on this website.
