Scientists using data from NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope have made one of the most detailed, high-resolution maps of dark matter ever produced.

University presidents and leaders from across academia gathered in Rochester to discuss the rapidly shifting landscape of higher education. The distinguished experts noted how universities at the center of this change—including RIT—can use headwinds as opportunities to propel forward.

Two RIT astrophysical sciences and technology Ph.D. students had proposals accepted for the Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Science Space and Technology program, which provides funding for graduate student designed and performed research projects for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate.
