Nutrition Education

Nutrition is an essential component of well-being.

When we take the time to focus on eating healthy and balanced meals, we are able to optimize our performance in school, work, and day-to-day activities. There are two programs that offer nutrition services to the RIT community: RIT Student Health Center and Better Me.

Student Health Center

The Student Health Center offers confidential nutrition counseling to help you work on nutrition-related concerns and goals. If you are interested in learning more about the connection between proper nutrition and fitness, meet with our Registered Dietitian (RD) to assess your diet and lifestyle habits and get personalized nutrition counseling.
