IMAGINE the Orchestra: Music & Magical Worlds
Join the RIT Chamber and Philharmonic Orchestras, directed by Dr. Yunn-Shan Ma, for an orchestral program that transforms stories and imagination into sound. Featuring guest violinist Dr. Yoojin Jang, Assistant Professor of Violin at the Eastman School of Music, the concert includes Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony, Wieniawski’s Legend, movements from Respighi’s Pines of Rome, and music inspired by Wicked and Fantastic Beasts. Audience members may even have the chance to step onto the podium and try conducting the orchestra.
