Managed Print Services

RIT partners with Xerox to provide Managed Print Services (MPS) including printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines to the university.

Benefits of the initiative include:

• A dedicated Xerox Account Operations Manager overseeing the delivery of the following services:
  • Dedicated Xerox Help Desk support to handle issues and supplies orders
  • Dedicated Xerox On-site technical support
  • Automated supply replenishment when Xerox detects supply levels are low
• An environmentally friendly solution that reduces paper and energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and landfill waste
