Public Bid Opportunities

Rochester Institute of Technology has produced a listing of opportunities available for the receipt of public bids. In order for a bid to be validated, all Vendors will be required to be qualified and added to the University’s Vendor Database. If a Vendor has been pre-qualified, all bids should be accompanied by the following:

• Current Certificate of Insurance naming RIT as additional insured with limits as outlined on the indemnification instructions

If a Vendor is new to Rochester Institute of Technology, the following will also be required:

• Completed Supplier Qualification Form

RIT Battery Lab Dry Room

• RFP Document
• Dry Lab Document

Intent to respond due: Monday, February 16, 2026

Completed Proposals due: Friday, March 13, 2026 4:00 PM EST
