Today, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year2024 (FY24) Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) Grant Program.
