Bio
Trained in optical engineering at the undergraduate and master’s levels, I later earned a Ph.D. in imaging science and now work at the intersection of LiDAR, spectral imaging, and machine learning. My research focuses on building practical pipelines for environmental monitoring, vegetation analysis, and 3D perception, with an emphasis on integrating physics-based modeling with data-driven methods to improve robustness, interpretability, and real-world applicability. I am particularly interested in translating fundamental ideas into reliable, deployable solutions.
