      NOTE: 
      Bring return shipping labels to the symposium and place them on your material when the table session has ended. It is the responsibility of the vendors to pack, secure, and label their shipment for outgoing.
      Ship all material by October 23, 2026.
       
  • Company Introduction Slides;
    • Use PowerPoint with a minimum 24-point font.
    • Each company will have approximately 1.5 minutes to present.
    • Send slides to Jaclyn McKelvey by October 19.
       
  • Student resumes will be available to Industrial Associates members two weeks prior to Industrial Associates Event Week.
     
  • Director’s Roundtable:
    • Each Industrial Associates member may send up to two representatives.

  • Once your room is reserved you will receive a link to distribute to students to sign up for an interview.
