Melissa Scrimo

Melissa Scrimo BS ‘90, is a consultant and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Her expertise spans large, mid-size, and startup companies, many with a global presence. Melissa is a results-oriented, influential leader with broad business experience, exceptional conceptual and interpersonal skills, and proven expertise in tactical and strategic solutions that improve performance and efficiencies.

For the past 14 years, Melissa has been leading Applied Intelligence Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in the design, development, and implementation of new operational processes, training, and change management solutions. Prior to starting her business, she served as principal human performance consultant for Accenture and spent numerous years in big pharma as an instructional designer and trainer. She spent the early part of her career at the lab bench as a cell biologist. Melissa holds a BS in biotechnology from RIT College of Science, a master’s in biology from Villanova University, and a professional certificate in innovation and technology from MIT.
