Bhattacharya receives grant to study atomic superfluid rotation
Mishkat Bhattacharya, professor in the School of Physics and Astronomy, received a grant from the Air Force Office of Scientific Research titled, “Solving Problems in Atomic Superfluid Rotation Using Cavity Optomechanics.” The theoretical research carried out as part of this grant will relate to experiments being conducted in laboratories worldwide on atomic superfluid rotation.
