Newman and Franklin publish in Physical Review Physics Education Research

Dina Newman and Scott Franklin, both professors in the College of Science; Ash Bista '24 (physics); and Alia Hamdan, former postdoc researcher, recently published “How and why physics faculty share their identities with students: Four personas” in Physical Review Physics Education Research. The paper explores how faculty share aspects of their identity to build empathetic relationships with students.
