Nur presents research at remote sensing symposium

Nayma Binte Nur, Ph.D. candidate in the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science, presented her research paper, “Mapping Soil Organic Carbon Using UAS Hyperspectral Imagery,” at the IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) 2023 in Pasadena, Calif. In recognition of her work, she was awarded a travel grant by the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, with further travel support generously provided by her supervisor, Charles Bachmann.
