RIT awarded supercomputer access
A research collaboration led by RIT’s Brini Research Lab, in partnership with SUNY Stony Brook and the University of Florida, has been awarded 27,000 hours on the NSF Frontera supercomputer. The project will use MELD-accelerated molecular dynamics simulations to study protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, with the goal of advancing computational tools for drug design. The work is funded by the NIH and NSF.
