Team publishes article on satellite observations of corn growth

Emily Myers ’21 Ph.D. (imaging science); her advisor, John Kerekes, research professor in the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science; and collaborators from the USDA Agricultural Research Service published “Effects of Satellite Revisit Rate and Time-Series Smoothing Method on Throughout-Season Maize Yield Correlation Accuracy” in the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing.
