An architectural design studio focused on responding to the modern urban context. Project locations include those along the general urban to urban core transect zones.

Students study the many forms of architectural scholarship and then propose a path forward with either A) Self-directed thesis or B) Faculty-directed scholarship. Upon completion of ARCH-753, students pursuing a Thesis continue into ARCH-790. Students pursuing faculty directed scholarship continue into ARCH-781 Graduate Scholarship.
