Babbitt receives best paper award

Callie Babbitt, associate professor in the Golisano Institute for Sustainability, received a 2019 Best Paper Award from Resources, Conservation & Recycling (RCR), which recognizes high-quality, high-impact papers published each year. Babbitt published “Forecasting electronic waste flows for effective circular economy planning,” with former Ph.D. student Shahana Althaf and Roger Chen, former GIS assistant professor. Only three papers were selected among the 438 papers RCR published last year.
