Nasr presents findings of discarded electronics study

Nabil Nasr, associate provost and director of the Golisano Institute for Sustainability, presented findings from his study "Advancing the Circular Economy in the Consumer Electronics Market," at a United Nations Environment Programme forum on Feb. 27 in Mexico. The report, to be released this year by UNEP’s International Resource Panel, presents original conclusions on how discarded electronics can be reused, repaired, and refurbished to reduce waste and create economic value.
