Daniel Goodwin is an expert in packaging science issues including transport packaging, distribution environment measurement, product fragility testing (shock and vibration tests), environmental issues, packaging dynamics and packaging economics.

He has a bachelor's and master's in packaging science from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering Technology from Michigan State University.

Karen Proctor is an expert on packaging, including packaging administration, package design and development, package distribution, package marketing, bar coding, bulk shipping, corrugated containers, e-commerce and "just-right" packaging, ergonomic packaging, just-in-time packaging, lean manufacturing and packaging, package labeling, package printing, package strength, packaging for outer space, packaging process control, packaging for transport, point-of-purchase packaging, product bundling, tamper-proof packaging and rigid containers.
