Description: Students are working with Dove Chocolate to generate new product ideas and provide insight to the tastes of younger consumers.
How is the exhibit creative and/or innovative: RIT students are creating and pilot-testing new food products and concepts.
Exhibit experience for visitors: Visitors will sample chocolate products, pair chocolate with new flavors, and learn about the science of taste and flavors.
