The Kate Gleason College of Engineering is ranked 27th among “The World’s Best Engineering Schools,” according to Business Insider magazine. A recent survey of top technology companies by the magazine ranked the top engineering colleges throughout the world based on the educational value provided in advancing the careers of its graduates. In addition to academic excellence, the organization looked at the top employers of each school.
Overall, RIT has more than 95 percent of its graduates employed or in graduate school within six months of graduation. For graduates of the Kate Gleason College of Engineering, these statistics are even better, says Harvey Palmer, dean of the college.
