When classes are in session (effective January 25, 2021):
Support available in person, via phone, email, and chat
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Support available via phone, email, and chat only
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Noon- 4 p.m.

Please contact Academic Technology Support first, during regular business hours.
After-hours myCourses support is available directly through the vendor, D2L (the vendor refers to myCourses as "Brightspace"). They will not be able to assist with any other products used at RIT, or with any RIT-specific features related to myCourses.
