Academic Technology Support Hours
All support is Remote Only from May 6th - August 14th, 2022. No In Office support is available as offices are closed due to building construction.
Summer Hours:
Support available via phone, email, and chat only
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
When classes are not in session but the university is open:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturday: Closed

Please contact Academic Technology Support first, during regular business hours.
After-hours myCourses support is available directly through the vendor, D2L (the vendor refers to myCourses as "Brightspace"). They will not be able to assist with any other products used at RIT, or with any RIT-specific features related to myCourses.
