Sixteen hospitality management students along with department chair, Dr. Edwin Torres, visited Washington D.C. from March 22-25. During the trip students were able to:
-Visit Choice Hotels Headquarters
-Attend a tour of the Marriott International Headquarters guided by Saunders alums, Anastasia Callahan '90 (hotel & resort management) and Jodi Keenan '96 (hotel & resort management)
-Visit the offices of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA)
-Tour of Le Meridien Washington D.C., The Madison Hotel
-Used D.C. subway systems featuring RIT domination campaign in subway stop (see photo)
