Accompanied by Edwin N. Torres, professor and chair of the department of international hospitality and service innovation, students from Saunders College attended The Hospitality Show in Denver, Colorado, October 26-28. The conference featured thousands of hospitality professionals, hundreds of suppliers, speakers, and networking.
