Saunders Students Attend Real Estate Conference

Debanjana Dey, assistant professor in the department of finance and accounting, led six Saunders College students to attend the Hunter Real Estate Conference in Atlanta on March 16–18, 2026. Student attendees:

• Natalie Veneziano ’28 (MBA)
• Esi Dervishi ’26 (MS hospitality business management)
• Erodona Ibraj ’26 (MS finance)
• Madeline Reid ’27 (hospitality and tourism management)

Students learned about hotel real estate, including hotel development, financial analysis and forecasting, and technology and AI in hospitality. They also had valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals.
