Driven by RIT’s commitment to career preparedness and an applied, technology-infused education, Saunders College of Business boasts an undergraduate outcomes rate of 95%, even in the face of a challenging, saturated job market. This rate is based on a four-year rolling average.

CEOWorld Magazine has ranked Saunders College of Business #38 among Best Hospitality and Hotel Management Schools in the World, and #26 in the US, for 2026. The list includes 116 schools.

RIT hospitality students have revived “Puttin’ on the RITz” after nearly a decade, designing and executing a global-themed, student-run fundraiser from concept to completion as a hands-on experience.
