Choi recieves 2026 CoStar Data Award

Soon Hyeok Choi, assistant professor of real estate, received the American Real Estate Society's 2026 CoStar Data Award for his paper “Pricing Government Contract Risk Premia: Evidence from the 2025 Federal Lease Terminations,” which examines risk pricing in the context of federal lease terminations.
