McGowan leads dissertation discussion
Molly McGowan, senior lecturer of management and director of the Leadership Academy at Saunders College of Business, led a roundtable discussion based on her dissertation research titled, “Leadership in the Tech Driven Workplace: A Discussion on the Need & Development of Soft Skills for Employees,” at the ILA’s 24th Global Conference in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 15. She also participated in an Oct. 7 panel discussing leadership education trends in higher education during the virtual portion of the conference. ILA’s global conference is the world’s largest cross-sector gathering of leaders and leadership professionals.
