Spadafora publishes paper in ‘Global Strategy Journal’

Ettore Spadafora, assistant professor of management, and his co-authors had their paper, “International experience and imitation of location choices: The role of experience interpretation and assessment and its board-level microfoundations” published in the March 2022 issue of Global Strategy Journal. The study shows that, when it comes to location choices, companies with less international experience are more likely to follow the market leader, while those with more international experience are more likely to follow their own path.
