Celebrating the Academic Success of Fall 2023/2024 Dean’s List Students

An eagerly anticipated event among our students and faculty is the Dean’s List Dinner, held each semester to honor our students' academic accomplishments. This semester, the celebratory dinners took place in Dubrovnik on February 22 and Zagreb on February 28, bringing together students and faculty members alike.

The Dean’s List comprises full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students who have achieved a grade point average (GPA) of 3.40 or higher, with no grades of "Incomplete", "D", or "F", and have completed at least 12 credit hours. This list is compiled at the end of each semester. We're delighted to announce that for the Fall Semester of the 2023/24 academic year, a total of 213 students earned Dean’s List status:

  • 104 Global Business Management/IB students (Zagreb)
  • 40 Hospitality and Tourism Management students (Dubrovnik)
  • 20 New Media Design students (Zagreb)
  • 10 Web and Mobile Computing students (Dubrovnik)
  • 59 Web and Mobile Computing students (Zagreb)

Additionally, RIT Croatia proudly recognized several students who were honored by RIT as Outstanding Undergraduate Scholars—the top one percent of all RIT undergraduate students each year. The criteria for this prestigious award include maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.85 out of 4.0, completing 83 credit hours of study (more than two-thirds of the credit hours required for a baccalaureate degree), and excelling in various extracurricular activities such as creative work, service on student committees, civic engagement, employment, and independent research.

The following students were acknowledged for their outstanding achievements:

  • Andrea Đanić (GBM/IB Zagreb)
  • Sara Poljičak (WMC Zagreb)
  • Marta Primorac (GBM/IB Zagreb)
  • Tara Rakočević (GBM/IB Zagreb)
  • Iva Vuković (HTM Dubrovnik)
  • Leona Sentić (HTM Dubrovnik)

Congratulations to all our students who made it to the Dean’s List and to those who received the Outstanding Scholar Award. Your hard work and dedication are truly commendable, and we look forward to witnessing more students follow in your footsteps.
