Antonio Ljubić, an International Business alumnus and Head of Digital at Medikor, is a prime example of how RIT Croatia’s network creates opportunities. When Medikor needed a Digital Marketing Assistant, Antonio didn’t hesitate; he reached out to his alma mater. The result? A perfect match that led to the hiring of Leonarda Vrban, who, at the time, was finishing her final year as an International Business student at RIT Croatia. Leonarda showcased her skills and knowledge and has since advanced from an intern position to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.

Leonarda started as an assistant and quickly took on more responsibility. “I initially managed two brands, then three, and now four – and soon, my portfolio is set to grow even more,” she shares. From social media management to website updates and performance marketing, her role evolved rapidly, allowing her to apply and expand her skill set. Medikor also fosters continuous learning and professional development, something Leonarda embraced. “From the moment I joined, I’ve had the freedom to experiment and explore new ideas,” she says. Antonio adds that digital marketing is a fast-evolving field where staying ahead of trends is crucial. “Never stop learning—digital marketing evolves rapidly, and staying updated is key to long-term success.”
