University Gallery
University Gallery features curated exhibitions that showcase the work of professional alumni, faculty, esteemed national and international artists and designers. University Gallery is a forum to inspire dialogue, spark the imagination, cultivate relationships, and build a community.
The gallery offers up to 2,500 square feet of open, uninterrupted floor space for customized and versatile layouts. University Gallery is the blank canvas that can bring a customer's vision alive. The open area is clear, allows for freedom of planning, and unburdened possibilities.
- University Gallery can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated meal, 200 guests with lecture-style seating, and 250 guests for a standing reception.
- Versatile space accommodating dinners, luncheons, award ceremonies, open houses, board meetings, receptions, conferences, or academic lectures.
- Audio Visual equipment is available on-site for various media and presentation needs.
- The venue is available to the RIT community and the general public.

University Gallery is located in James E. Booth Hall, Room 2700.
Directions from the parking lots:
- Enter South between Booth and Gannett through the breezeway
- Enter Booth entrance on the right
- Pass Bevier Gallery, walk up two steps and straight across the hall
- University Gallery entrance is on the right at the end of the hallway
Parking
Free parking is available for visitors to University Gallery. A free parking permit is required. From the main Jefferson Road entrance, follow the signs to the ‘Welcome Center’. The attendant will issue the parking pass and direct you to Lots F and J.
