Kaminari (Japanese A Cappella) Performance

Location

James E. Booth Hall - Webb Auditorium

We are RIT (and North America's) only a cappella group that specializes in Japanese music. We sing many different genres of music, ranging from city pop to J-rock and everything in between. We think it's so interesting how music unites people and can transcend languages, and we hope the audience will enjoy getting to experience beautiful music in a different language, as well as getting the opportunity to learn a bit about Japanese culture.

An a cappella group performing onstage. The group is called "Kaminari" and they are RIT's only a cappella group that specializes in Japanese music. Blue silhouette of the Japanese character Kaminari (meaning "thunder") on a white background
