Location

James E. Booth Hall - 1420

The activity will involve playing 2D and 3D games designed by RIT students. There will be the chance to play Games developed in the 3D Digital Design Class “Real Time Design” created with the Unreal 4 engine and Autodesk Maya software. After trying out the games, participants will be able to talk with Faculty and Students and learn about the creation process. The visitor will be able to sit at one of multiple workstations. Each workstation will showcase an interactive game level designed by RIT students from several courses taught in the 3D Digital Design and Computer Graphics Design departments. The work will be a "best of" selection of games created by Undergraduate and Graduate RIT students. There will be students and staff hosting the area to describe the design, creation, testing, and revision process that goes into developing a compelling interactive experience.
