Water Scarcity In Kenya

Location

Engineering Technology Hall - 1130 McGowan Commons

My research project will be on the water problems the people of Kenya face. With a focus on the current water sustainability issues, it impacts on the people of Kenya, events that preceded the issues, and current practices that are being used to try and improve the situation. I’ll also be highlighting climate change and how it will impact the issue and how the country will have to change its strategies to fix the problem. Also, I’ll be using what I’ve learned in class to suggest other solutions, and what can be done to prevent similar issues from appearing again in the future. The visitor experience will include a short presentation on my research, findings, conclusions, and real-world solutions.
